Independent Learning Virtual Programs
These vibrant, animated self-paced virtual program combines real people, engaging interactive activities, and quizzes to invite learners into the amazing world of sea turtles.
Discover the challenges sea turtles face, learn about Sea Turtle, Inc.’s rescue and rehabilitation efforts, and find out how you can make a real difference in ocean conservation—all at your own pace, anytime, anywhere.
The Independent Learning Virtual programs have access available for 20 days upon registration.
The Boy and Girl Scouth programs include the following:
- One Troop Patient Adoption
- Each Scouth will receive a unique patch!

Virtual Learning Programs

Virtual Be A Vet Program
In an effort to continue offering quality programming, our popular Be a Vet program is going virtual! Participants will be sent all program materials straight to their home. The Be a Vet virtual program kit is yours to keep!
Packages available for the following:
- Ages 6-10 yrs old
- Ages 11-16 yrs old
Virtual vets will learn the steps taken when a new sea turtle patient comes into the hospital!
Virtual Girl Scout
The one-hour long virtual program introduces Girl Scouts to threats sea turtles face, Sea Turtle, Inc.‘s animal care efforts, ways to help the conservation of sea turtles, and a service project.
Each Girl Scout will receive a unique Ocean Stewards Sea Turtle, Inc. Girl Scout Patch.
Levels to be served:
- Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors, Adult
- Troops
- Individual Girl Scout
