Shane is a visionary and a selfless volunteer. He received a BS and an MA degree from Ball State University and a Principal Certificate from the University of Texas Brownsville. Shane’s has proven leadership skills which have been demonstrated throughout his life. He worked as the plant manager for the Foural Corporation, a 60 employee, 15 million dollar a year operation. He was employed as the Director of Industrial Education for a community college in Indiana overseeing all educational activities for 5 General Motors facilities. Shane has 20+ years in public education and is currently the Career Investigations teacher for the local school district. Shane has patented, marketed and sold products within the recreational fishing industry and is the founder and CEO of Fishing’s Future, a 501 c3 corporation, which has 25 chapters in 7 states(spanning 2 continents) and growing.
